About Gary P. Oswald, Esq.

Gary P. Oswald has been in practice in Marin County for more than 35 years.  His experience includes litigation through trial more than 100 cases almost exclusively in the following areas:

Mr. Oswald is also currently a member of the faculty of College of Marin having taught the Real Estate Law program for 19 semesters.  He has also lectured on specific Real Estate Law subjects, including residential sales transactions; condominium homeowner issues and other related areas.  He has represented many Homeowner Associations and over the last 10 years represents aggrieved individual owners only.

Mr. Oswald has served as a judge pro-tem and settlement panelist for more than 25 years and has arbitrated client-relation committee attorney-client fee disputes for more than 20 years.  He has also arbitrated and mediated numerous matters related to the topics above.

He holds Martindale Hubble's (the national directory of lawyers) AV rating, the highest rating possible for integrity and experience.

About Laura Pattillo, Paralegal

Laura Pattillo is an experienced Paralegal with over 26 years of civil litigation experience who currently provides litigation support to the Firm.  Ms. Pattillo received her Paralegal Certificate from University of Santa Barbara and has advanced training in legal research, legal writing, trial preparation and discovery techniques.
