• Solo practitioner/owner since 1983 with focus on Real Estate Law and Litigation, Construction Defect Law Litigation and Common Interest Subdivision (Condominium) Law.  Began mediating cases and has acted as a pro tem judge since 1982, and continues to mediate in Real Estate, Construction and Condominium matters.
• Instructor Real Estate Law at College of Marin from 1975 to 1983, and from 2006 to present.
